Our main dining room for 65 people, with its beautiful Valais traditional décor, is where the finest local terroir specialties are served. Cheese dishes are at the centre of these, such as our famous cheese raclette made from raw milk from 5 pastures, our fondue and dried meats from our own pigs raised in Alpine pastures, as well as other cured specialties. Our head chef also offers you a menu featuring seasonal specialties from fresh products that are flavourful and from but also typical for the region.
